Who Are We

Parker Enterprise Company Ltd is experienced at successfully delivering bespoke employability, wellbeing, digital skills and vocational training solutions to the hardest to help and most challenging participants facing a range of primary and secondary barriers to employment. Delivered by highly competent, qualified, knowledgeable and experienced staff.

Around 50% of the participants who have attended our training have disabilities. This includes physical disability, learning disability and mental health issues. Key to our provision is the careful combination of both employability and all aspects of wellbeing, delivered in both group sessions and one to one mentoring support.

Successfully managing and delivering courses throughout the UK with high start and completion rates, feedback from both participants and DWP has been outstanding with our company being used regularly as a ‘Good News’ story and as an example of good practice.

We believe our success lies in the extensive experience and knowledge of our Director and Tutors. Our Director has previously worked in local colleges, with Enable Scotland and also with Skills Development Scotland, providing information, advice and guidance as well as designing and delivering motivational wellbeing and employability solutions to a range of participants.
