Are you dynamic, motivational and inspiring with the ability to deliver employability, digital skills and vocational skills (basic retail, hospitality, landscaping, housekeeping). Parker Enterprise Company Ltd is a provider of employability, digital skills and wellbeing training solutions, providing engaging training and development which meets the needs of learners and companies, delivered by highly competent, knowledgeable and experienced staff.
We are now seeking Employability & Digital Skills Tutors/Coaches for ongoing DWP contracts throughout the UK. In this role, you will deliver courses to unemployed groups of people which address barriers to gaining employment with tailored support to enable individuals to progress into and move towards work.You will deliver high impact, engaging and interactive workshops online to customers on a wide range of employability and digital skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· Designing and delivering bespoke online courses to meet a range of employability needs
· Remotely and face to face managing a classroom of people
· Using online systems and video platforms on a daily basis
· Meeting KPI’s and targets (for those courses with job outcomes)
· Adhering to all compliance and quality requirements

· Adaptability and able to use initiative and work independently
